NAPAK STRUCTURE

  1. Organizing committee. Îrganization of connection with federal government bodies, research of fundamental management problems of auto component manufacturers, gathering and analyses of  information about component markets, conducting of the branch data base, market structure, working relations, taxation.
    Working as a mediator between government executive organs and auto component manufacturers, the committee holds meetings in sphere of exchange of information and ideas, generalizes it and presents to the government.
  2. International committee. To keep abreast with globalization process, auto component manufacturers should increase an accent on creation of international communication. International committee NAPAK is devoted to develop and realize projects, which are concerned on creation of relations with European and Asian countries.
  3. Chief technical committee.
  4. Committee of environmental protection
  5. Committee of information technology. This committee provides technical accompaniment for auto component production, which is concerned on constant increase of competitive automotive component production.
  6. Committee of small-scale and middle-scale enterprises' development and exhibition activity. Assistance in organization of new productions, applying new methods of technology, investment attraction, protection of an enterprise from breaches in antimonopoly legislation, organization of home enterprises' participation in international contests, tenders,  having a special purpose programs, organization of courses, seminars, trainings on introduction of modern management methods, using the techniques and increase of level of staff proficiency, organization of exhibitions, conferences, contests, forums, business meetings and other official events, which are held by the Association, presentation of the Association members' interests at the events of detached organizations, arrangement of the Association members' participation in international events.
  7. Special committee and branches. Assistance in organization of new productions, applying new methods of technology, investment attraction, protection of an enterprise from breaches in antimonopoly legislation, organization of home enterprises' participation in international contests, tenders,  having a special purpose programs, organization of courses, seminars, trainings on introduction of modern management methods, using the techniques and increase of level of staff proficiency, organization of exhibitions, conferences, contests, forums, business meetings and other official events, which are held by the Association, presentation of the Association members' interests at the events of detached organizations, arrangement of the Association members' participation in international events.
  8. Executive direction.  Providing of the current activity of the Association.
